BUSN - 4364 Internationalizing Intellectual Property
Description
Examines theories and strategic significance of intellectual property within a global environment. Intellectual property such as patents, marks, industrial designs, and trade secrets are examined with an emphasis placed upon strategic and managerial intellectual property issues between the United States and China.
