PLSI - 1361 Politics & Morality Description An introduction to some of the most important moral issues persons confront as citizens of a given polity. For example, when should one (dis)obey a law? Is the community’s interest greater than the individual’s? Students read selected prominent thinkers who have taken positions on such questions and then formulate their own positions in the context of their own situation. (Offered every year)
